Arthroscopic joint surgery

The use of arthroscopy is considered to be the gold standard of treatment in the whole world at pathology of large joints. Its essence consists in the introduction to the joint a video camera and instruments for carrying out different surgical interventions. It allows to carry out the diagnostics, treatment of diseases and consequences of traumas of synovial articulations.

Possible indications for performing arthroscopy of the knee, shoulder, elbow, ankle, hip joints:

● intraarticular traumatic and degenerative meniscus damages
● damages of anterior and posterior crucial ligaments
● local damages of integumentary joint cartilage
● syndrome of mediopathellar fold, primary and posttraumatic gonarthrosis
● rheumatoid polyarthritis, arthragra, avascular necrosis of femoral condyles
● osteochondritis dissecans of different localization
● synovitis of different etiology, arthrofibrosis
● restraint of movement, pain in joint at movements or at rest persistent after pain medication taking
● recurrent dislocations in joint, flicks
● chondromatosis, osteochondritis dissecans
● free and fixed intraarticular bodies of posttraumatic origin
● contraction of the synovium or proliferation of osteophytes
● damage of articular lip of cotyloid cavity
● damage of cartilaginous acetabulum
● damage of articular cartilage of the femoral head
● damage of round ligament of the femoral head
● deforming coxarthrosis
● rheumatoid arthritis with the damage of hip joint
● avascular necrosis of femoral head
