Rules of rendering services

When rendering the services of the entry medical tourism «comfortmedicine.ru» acts on the basis of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, in particular the Law of the Republic of Belarus N 326-3 “On tourism”, Law of the Republic of Belarus N 90-3 “On protection of consumer’s rights”, Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 1064 “On approval of the rules of rendering tourist services”.

● rendering tourist services is carried out only on the basis of the contract of rendering tourist services
● the contract of rendering tourist services is concluded by its parties in conformity with the standard form of the contract of rendering tourist services in the procedure provided by the legislation of the Republic of Belarus
● the contract of rendering tourist services is deemed to be concluded after signing it by the parties. The essential terms of the contract of rendering tourist services are provided by the third part of article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus “On tourism”
● the contract of rendering tourist services can be added by the terms which don’t contradict to the legislation, as appendices of the contract
● the customer of tourist services receives the necessary and valid information about the program of tourist travel
● the customer of tourist services shall observe the rules of entry and exit from the Republic of Belarus
● the customer of tourist services is responsible for the authenticity of the information about himself/herself and other persons, in whose favour the contract of rendering tourist services is concluded, as well as for the improper drawing up the documents for rendering tourist services
● the cost of tourist services is determined in the contract of rendering tourist services and includes the cost of tourist services rendered by the executor personally
● the executor has the right to render tourist services personally or impose their rendering on third persons
● the quality of tourist services corresponds to the terms of the contract of rendering tourist services, the requirements of technical normative acts in the field of technical norming and standardizations are complied
● tourist services meet the requirements of security under which the safety of the customer’s life, health, property are meant, within the frames of the executor’s responsibility on the contract
● the executor takes measures for complying with the customer’s rights and lawful interests when he performs a tourist travel in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, within the frames of the concluded contract of rendering tourist services
● if a customer of tourist services is a person who has not reached his/her full age, except those who have acquired the legal capacity fully in cases provided by the legislation, then the customer of tourist services on the contract may be lawful representatives of the minor person
● a disability customer shall present to the executor the information about himself/herself in the volume required for performing a tourist travel, as well as the information about the health state and the person accompanying him/her
● change and termination of the contract of rendering tourist services by the parties' agreement are carried out in the simple written form by concluding a supplemental agreement to it
● the parties bear responsibility for the nonperformance or improper performance of the contract of rendering tourist services in conformity with the legislation and the contract of rendering tourist services
● the executor is not responsible for the nonperformance or improper performance of the contracts concluded between the customer and the organization or a natural person for rendering services which are not included into tourist services (services for transportation, insurance services and other). The direct executor is responsible for rendering and quality of services, which are not included into tourist services.
