Order and payment of services

The order and payment of our services, services of a medical institution are made in the following procedure:

● you contact us in order to receive a preliminary consultation
● you send us the available medical documents
● within one-two days we’ll give you a reply from the medical institution of the treatment possibility, its length and approximate cost

● further you choose one of three packages of our services
● we conclude a contract for treatment accompaniment with you
● you pay this contract
● you come to Belarus at the appointed time
● we meet you at the airport / railway station, provide the transfer to the place of residence, medical institution, accompany your treatment, etc.
● after receiving medical services we provide the transfer to the airport / railway station, etc.

A detailed list of our services for the accompaniment of your medical treatment will be given in the contract and will depend on the package you have chosen.

You pay the medical services which will be rendered to you in the medical institution independently to the clinic cash-desk.

We don’t accept the payment for any medical services. You will pay to us only our services connected with the accompaniment and organization of treatment in Belarus.
